We have our own in-house maintenance and building engineer division. Our first class staff provides general repairs and maintenance (touch-up painting, overseeing third-party vendor relationships, light ballast & light bulb changing, light security, day porter services, minor plumbing, managing card key access control systems and building energy control systems). This staff also provides on-call coverage and continual communication with the property management supervisors. We feel by working closely with our in-house maintenance staff this provides our properties with consistent support, all of which a third-party vendor relationship could not provide.
