The developer behind San Jose’s massive Coleman Highline development has purchased several large pieces of neighboring land from the city, the Mercury News reports, citing property records and city documents.
Cupertino-based Hunter Storm on Dec. 14 paid $24.8 million for 12.7 acres of land next to its main Coleman Highline mixed-use development, which sits near Avaya Stadium and the San Jose airport. The additional sites could be used to offer more parking for office tenants and hotel, retail and restaurant customers, according to the Mercury News.
